Unboxing Muffin Beauty Box review

 Muffin.my is the largest beauty review website in Malaysia and will be launched this June. I always find this website genre quite interesting because it helps people to know the product that they want to buy better. Like if i want to buy a nice worthy concealer and didn't know which brand would be nicer, i can just go on muffin.my and checked out the reviews and all the product range offered. 

I got the beauty box in just 3 working days! I always love receiving beauty boxes because all the surprise you can get when unboxing it.

 looking through the box. i spot two full size product and the rest are masks, sample sheets, and mini size products. 

 In fact it is quite alot of brand in this one box and i'm pretty excited to try everything. 

 First up is Purevivi cleansing lotion which is good in removing make up, 

i had been searching one of this thing very very long ago, because all i see was "removes eye and lips make up", it's quite hard to search for those cleansing lotions that can remove your entire face. 

i'm going to review on this shortly~

This is my favourite part. Just look at the pointy tip of the eyeliner. Its the right size. Right sharpness. Right length. Right durability.

Make Up Revolution Malaysia review

Finally get to blog about a review after constantly updating about my uni life. haha

so anyway, today i'll be reviewing on Make Up Revolution Malaysia , which was launched in London in March 2014. And do you know how much is their price range for their make up products? 

it starts from Rm8 only for one lipstick (that's VERY affordable) and yes they provide all the make up products you can name of for your face, for your eyes, for your lips, for your brows and even though is based in London, it's provides range for all skin tone . 

The parcel were delivered just in time for my wedding dinner. i didn't know they will be giving me palettes too! wait till you see the picture below. 

no kidding right? the colors are just right for my liking. This is Make Up Revolution Iconic Palette 1 - Rm32 (so affordable, and let me tell you this it's quite the same as Naked Palette which cost even more)

sorry i'm too dark you can't see much of the colors, but it's really very striking. 

i have yet to try on all colors of the palettes for my eyes, but i'll do it next post.

This will be my favorite of all the products. This is their focus and Fix brow Kit which is only rm19 (yet look very expensive right?) 

and they came together with eyebrow gel (all the more convenient for me) and a tiny tweezer . 

omygawd, i love this set so much, they even had a mirror there haha

it's like a 4-in-one combo altogether (wait til you see my finishing look below)

Next is their Power duo red lipstick lipgloss.

they have two ends, YES, one end is their lipgloss while the other end is this striking red lipstick . This is only rm24. At first i thought it was only the gloss, then as i pulled the other end, i was very surprised , out came another lipstick 

and it's my favorite shade ( i do not like dark color lipstick)

The other end is the lipgloss. The best thing of the lipgloss is that it has this shinny little thing that makes your lips glow. Imagine wearing it at night, and all that's glimmering in the dark is your sexy pout lips

so i tried it, blending it with the lipstick too

it gives that watery feeling on the lips which adds more subtle feel to soften up your lips

nobody like dry chapped lips right?

And then there is another type of lipstick they call it Make Up Revolution Amazing Lipstick (bliss)

this is pink (a bit doubtful to try this because pink does not suit my skin tone, will review on this next post together with their palette)

Tried all three lips product on my hand

I STIIILL love the duo lipstick lipgloss sooo much

and did i mention they have a quite fruity scent(is that the scent? i'm not really sure what scent is that) it smells nice not like some lipsticks which is made heavily with chemicals, you just can't stand the smell of it even if you applied it.

what is better than one eyeliner? is having TWO at one end, 

just imagine you just need to bring one eyeliner to create thick and thin lines on your eye

color intensity ? 5/5

does it smudge? Nooo, it became one of my MUST bring eyeliners to uni now haha

i must say it is quite waterproof there is no complaint in this

Then i tried their thick eyeliner which is quite thick, it smudges a bit after that, so i stick with the thin eyeliner . 

My sister also had a go on the eyeliner

can see that the color intensity is REAALY dark, suitable for those who wanted the heavy look :D

and oh yessh she is wearing the duo Lipstick lipgloss too

I tried to have a go on their palette (using their dark blue shades) to create somewhat a depth at the end of eyeline. 

okay, maybe i still need a little bit of practice on using it haha

Yes i really love Make up revolution seeing that the price is also affordable, what is there to complain when i have tried it and it's quite good :D

somehow i am very interested in their I HEART makeup line which has cuter and girlish packaging (gosh, you know i'm a big fan of blushers and this just rings at the right time)

Miss Hana Lip Balm Crayon from Natta Cosme

hi! it's been ages since i done my make up review on anything

and this time Natta Cosme sent me my all time favorite make up product:

seriously, i can't go out without putting any colors on my lips because i do not want to look pale . Putting colors on my lips brighten up one's feature and making them look energetic and so on. 

now let me tell you why i prefer colored lip balm than lipstick and lip tint

 it's moisturizing (: lipstick tends to dehydrate your lips, i don't know why my lips always feel chapped after using too much lipstick over the weeks

here's a very nice illustrative work of an art by Natta Cosme team 

they are always so dedicated in making sure everything looks nice even if the product is just two crayons.

i can't believe they actually gave me real crayons too! just brought me back to my childhood days where i used to draw everything out of crayons. haha

as you can see natta cosme had upgraded their box too, it used to be box colored, now it's black and it's even more hard cover now 

and they sent me a postcard asking me to draw my childhood memories in conjunction of creating peace to the world (: 

so i drew it and i'm going to post it back soon to natta cosme (:

2. New York Uptown Pink Girl 02 (which is my favorite because it has a hint of peach color blend with pink)

let's see the shade of the lip balm on my hand

highly pigmented, it really stood out like a lipstick too haha

and it's also very shinning when apply, really boost the oomph effect

i seldom have natural pout lips, my lips just sunk down like a moody turtle. 

When i apply the lip balm crayon, it makes my lips pout like Lana Del Rey (<-- abit="" beautiful="" but="" exaggerating="" font="" haha="" her="" i="" is="" know="" m="" nbsp="" pout="" so="" think="">

the moisturizing effect is really superb , i guess it really works better than any lip balm i've tried. 

plus i really like the shade, it matches with my blusher so i decided to used it during my photoshoot for that day :D

i can go out and take photos without lipstick (: 

it's so moisturizing that i do not need to worry if my lips would turn out dry in the photos. plus the glossy look really add a plus point to my MUA of that day (:

Sakura Season 01

next i tried a different shade for a different feel

i don't really like purple shades on me because it's just look too lady gaga (i don't know why i refer it to her but maybe i watch too many mv of her wearing purple lipstick)

but i decided to try it anyway and i was astound that it actually not that bad after all. With proper outfit that matches it, this would be my favorite too (: 

plus i think the pout effect has gone up seeing that i used this lip balm for a week already. 

I can't stop snapping duck faces selfie hahaha

which is cool, because having pout lips is sexy, Real SEXY~

sorry for the bad quality : i'm away without bringing my camera and it would be another two weeks for me to go get them again back home T-T

Pro: it's highly moisturizing and it's like buying one product for two ! a lip balm + lipstick 

plus you can  sharpen it after the tip become blunt. The price is also affordable : RM35 and it has a long lasting effect which i do not have to worry to reapply it over and over again . 

Cons: it's easily smudge when sipping on your drink and eating (i actually ate my lip balm and my food taste weird)

i always wanted a very fine tip eyeliner because i always fail to create a thin wink at the end of the eyeline. 

my sister always complain, why i drew the end of my eyeline so thick, so ugly .__. 

then this wonderful product came knocking at my door and i really am so happy to get it to try it at hand.

 honest speaking, this may be the first liquid like eyeliner i used, so i was pretty nervous how 'efficient' it will be when i apply

Before  i start off my review, here's a few tips on how you can create gorgeous look with this hypersharp eyeliner
the one i got was intense black so yeah! it's bold, edgy and fearless. 
i always like brown eyeliner too, because it's softer and natural looking. 

and yes! this supersharp eyeliner is only rm35.90

see the end there, quite pointy right? i can't find any other eyeliner that is so sharp and easy to manage, 

yes, i admit i am a terrible drawer (not really an accurate drawer and clumsy to be precise) 

but this is so easy to manage , it's just like holding a pen and trying to draw easy lines. 

and the color is so high in pigment, no need to re-draw it just to make sure it will wear off after long hours. 

ahaha, i;m drawing the end upward to match up with my false eyeslashes though, so that it blend in.
