Oasap back to school wadrobe

okay, so as you all may know 
Oasap is holding a back to school contest where you just leave your email and wish you win! easy as that, and out of hundreds of comments! i was the one being picked!! how lucky! especially when i'm in Malaysia and Oasap is in the states!

it was meant to wear back to school, but in Malaysia we have uniforms to wear. so i guess, this was meant to be wear "back to tuition" or something

Langkawi two days

hi guys! back from a short trip with my family to Langkawi!

i am ashame that i didn't visit this place for almost 10 years even though it's so near at where i live. 

okay, so this is me in the car (pic above) bumping to Kuala Perlis to board the jetty 

ya so this is us in the boat

ticket price around rm18 for the big boat

okay, so after we check in to our hotel, we went straight to oriental village to sit the highest cable car (what said to be the highest in the world) yeap, i can totally know what they meant, it was very steep! and to think you are just hanging there by a 'thread'.besides going for a ride in the cable cars, you can also ride the duck tour in oriental village or watch the 6D motion or even ride horses or have a go at the flying fox.

at the cable car, this is the view . good eh? we were at the bottom minutes ago, can't believe we were up there in just a couple of minutes.

and from there we can see the famous seven don't know what..well?

lol

and this is the stopping station where we can take scenic pictures. 

the background there you can see the sea, very beautiful scenery!

and ya, of course this is what i wore. ootd of the day.

a brighter version, (this was taken at the very top of the platform) the sky bridge as you can see below (crane looking thing) was closed at the moment due to maintenance. all the mountains behind me, so beautiful right?

next, we took a drive to the black sand beach.

yes, the sand is really black!

they say if you dig it to the base, the normal sand will appear, but we keep digging but there's still black sand all over!

then we went to Pantai Cenang (Cenang Beach) for our last beach stop the next day. Cenang Beach is the best beach in Langkawi for swimming (besides Tanjung Rhu which is privatize for hotel guests only)

this beach is quite big and yeah, the area around there is quite happening too.

tigh gap? quite a narrow one i must say~ haha, i know people around tumblr are having this trend about tigh gaps and it was said to be negative influence because it pushes people to be skinny, and in some cases, anorexic. 

in my cases, just eat healthily like me, and you still have tigh gap~ don't worry

(even though it's quite a narrow gap)

then we went back to oriental village because mummy wanted to buy her clothes again

and one very dumb-face expression look. i just post this picture because i like how my leg look like in here. very long, make me look like i'm about 170cm, but of course, i'm only 156cm! very short and petite, i know 

so ya, this is pretty much everything

i know it's quite short, other people's travelling blog was like two pages of drawing block long! 

anyway, there's two good news i came across this week.

My OOTD and my STPM results *giggles*

readers probably cover their eyes when they look at my vain pictures, because i think they probably be more interested in what i get for my result than to see me striking my poses here and there. 

sorry guys, bear with it till the end of the post and you get the answers that you want.

okok, yaya, here's my answer to all of you.

okay, so first thing when i was driving to school, Dan texted me that my big butt friend Low had already know his result since 3 A.M in the morning (god knows how he manage to stay awake at that time) Dan could have given me a heart attack right at the road with that text.  i was freaking out because they told us that our results will be out during noon. 

bloody, i went to school freaking out. 

Saw my fat cat friend grinning like a ..well, cat, and he said he even printed out his results. I stare at his business studies, the only donkey who get a B+ in our whole batch (there were no A's or A-'s in our school for that ridiculous subject) snarl at him, because he use to sleep in class and he took the only B+ from all of us. but i was biting my nails to know my result

grab on to my class monitor's phone (who 24 hours seems to have his data running wild) punch in my identity card number and puffing like mad for the result. 

at first i was unsure of what i was seeing through the small phone screen, and then Dan zoom it and we both  went "TUDIOH" 

and i was laughing my head off (my head atcually ran off across the street)XD

like seriously, my mum even targeted that i wouldn't get any A's . Dad gave me 2 A's , i gave myself 2 A's too (regardless if it's A-'s or what) but god gave me this.

Life of an epic violinist

credits to my class monitor, Wei Chee for taking this with his photo app! i have to do a lot of poses in about a few seconds so this is the result of it.

haha.

so what is life after the beauty contest? first you get rewards! i've just went to the furniture shop called CLASSY GLORRY to "spend" my Rm200 voucher on furniture. in the end we got a special kind of floor seat after searching around at that expensive yet HUGE amazing furniture shop ( i wouldn't like to call it SHOP since it's like so huge i'll get lost in it)

as for the two boxes of tea, i doubt my dad had drank it all though.

i still have a Rm500 worth of 3 days 2 night trip to any hotel if i buy a LG smartphone.

January is not really a month for me

first: i've been through soooo many fights!

second: I've miscut my stupid fringe bringing my face to pizza size

third: after the competition, my forehead pimple started to pop up again. i think it's because make up destroyed my skin

fourth: My phone died (the touch skin just went dead)

fifth: i'm so broke! the petrol is killing me

sixth: no fate

One pose. can't wait to get the disc for the whole performance! i probably *face palm* myself after watching how awkward the whole thing is.

after going through sport practice last Wednesday, i knew, i TOTALLY knew, i will be two shades darker. 

other than struggling or barely holding up a 5kg ball to throw, i ended up having two sore legs today.

anyway! chinese new year is coming up! it is a practice where you have to buy new clothes to wear during Chinese New year. 

i didn't have mine yet! and it's about 18 days to go till i reach that date!!

anyway, besides learning how to play monopoly cards, i guess school is pretty interesting IF the teachers supposingly didn't enter class.

The Big Day part 2

tadaa!! as i promised, i will totally update this big night of my life!

here are all the pretty ladies for the finale of this competition. i was soo excited to try out the gowns because obviously it was my first time dolling up.

after announcing the final top ten, we were rush to this wedding shop at simpang kuala called "bai nian hao he" whom sponsor us 10 beautiful gowns for each of us. i didn't have much choice to choose because i was slow and choosy at some point. but well, beggars can't be chosen.

obviously, with not much of a booty, i had to go upstairs and had it adjusted. they make the top op the bust there as tight as possible so that you won't experience wardrobe malfunction when you're up stage.

after rushing to get our make up done, this is our opening dance which we had practiced six hours. Thanks to UNIQUE dance studio for teaching us!

each time we had this catwalk, we must walk on this red carpet thingy with the CRSM opening the lane for us to walk trough. i love strutting my way trough there!

and oh yah, we all have "bird nest" hair sticking right behind our heads.

and i did one terrible mistake. i went too forward and tadaa, the ending pose where i was really TOO out of the place from my group. T.T

not to mention, i feel sort of LONELY overthere too..haha!

speaking my biodata! seriously, i can't recognise myself here.

some took squash , some even took golf sticks, dumbells too!! and even do a little kung fu!

i was partner with this girl who has a leg to die for. she was sooo thin i feel like a fat elephant beside her! definetly feel some tension being partner with her, but hell yah, she was really friendly.

the youngest of all 20 of us.

and honestly, she did extremely well judging by young she is! she's only 15!

and me, ANN TAN. contestant number 4. somebody told me i didn't choose the right dress, so i was pretty disappointed. 

but well, again, beggars can't be chosen. i still feel like princess .

this girl is one load of personality. so it is not surprising she is the CHAMPION for the competition!

and she has a figure of a model, no kidding.

she has a really sweet smile and i use to buy food from her parents store.

between the gap of the result, they gave prizes to all the important people and guests and well everybody involved!

but anyway! this was a really great experience! special thanks to Pola cosmetics for doing our make up! D'style saloon for doing our hair! Unique Dance studio for teaching us how to dance! our pretty teacher for teaching us how to strut the catwalk! and most of all, thanks to YMM for giving me this priceless opportunity! 

i salute those ymm members that work day and night just to make sure this competition works out without any flaws.

i'm elated for getting this experience, no doubt my parents didn't bat one eyelash over me joining it. 

but hey, it's a platform towards my passion!
